Bill Payment Options

Pay Online

Pay online at myaccount.newlondonutilities.org or select the MyAccount link in the top right within our website.

Some advantages of creating a MyAccount are:

  • Can view monthly bill online
  • Sign up for ebills to recieve your monthly bill with an email notification
  • Can pay Credit/Debit online or Sign up for Automatic Withdrawal from a checking or savings
  • Can monitor monthly usage and create usage notifications

Automatic Payment

Payments can also be made by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. To sign up for auto pay, call our office at 920-982-8516.

Some advantages to using direct automatic payment are:

  • Helps avoid late or missed payments
  • No need to write checks
  • No postage costs
  • Transfers funds safely, securely and directly from your account

When enrolled in this convenient service, you will continue to receive a statement at the beginning of each month detailing the amount to be debited from your savings or checking account on the due date.

Please include the top stub of the bill to assure that your account is properly credited.

Pay by Telephone

To pay by phone: Call 877-885-7968. Please have your bill available so you can provide your account number. If problems, Press "0" to speak with a representative.

Pay in Person

During normal business hours (Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 11:30 am) customers can make payments at our office, located at 400 E. North Water Street, New London.

After business hours, payments can be dropped off in the night deposit box located at our office outside of the main entrance.

Other Payment Locations

As an additional convenience, payments are accepted at First State Bank, Community First Credit Union, City Hall, Associated Bank, Fox Communities Credit Union, and Wolf River Bank.
